3-month Care Plan
This nutrition and health coaching package is a 3-month program that includes 12 individual sessions,
each lasting about 45 minutes. Sessions are typically scheduled once per week.
6-month Care Plan
This nutrition and health coaching package is a 6-month program that includes 18 individual sessions,
each lasting about 45 minutes. Sessions are typically scheduled once per week.
After 3 months, appointments move to bi-weekly.

I currently hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Driven by a deep curiosity about the root causes of health struggles, bio-individuality, and the application of nutrition science in clinical settings, I have expanded my formal education with certifications in Functional Nutrition and Holistic Health.
With a background in early childhood education and social services as well, I understand firsthand how health profoundly impacts our well-being, growth, and development. I view Functional Nutrition as a bridge between conventional and alternative treatments, working in harmony with health outcomes and medical support rather than in isolation.
I am passionate about a systems-based approach, firmly believing that “everything is connected, everything matters.” By considering the interrelations of every organ system, I aim to identify the unique factors and underlying issues affecting each individual. My approach to dietary strategies is tailored to the individual, focusing on restoring nutritional sufficiency with an emphasis on sustainability.
My goal is to empower and educate clients about their behaviors and lifestyle choices to address chronic health issues and enhance their quality of life. Recognizing that nutrition and energy needs evolve throughout life, I also emphasize the importance of digestive health and the gut microbiome in regulating overall health, including immune function, neurological health, and hormone balance.
I am committed to supporting clients in a way that allows their bodies to heal naturally. Through behavioral modification techniques and education, I will help clients establish new routines and habits, transforming their energy, vitality, and overall well-being.
